Our house is full, so my studio is actually one wall, the cabinets underneath, a filing cabinet, and a cabinet to the right of this photo. I share my creative space with my laundry room and exercise room in the basement. Because of the tiny space, I usually clean as I create--there's no room for a mess!
I keep unmounted and mounted stamp sets, embossing powders, and glitter in the cabinet on the right (they share space with the kids' art supplies, too), tools underneath, and papers filed in the filing cabinet. I used to keep the nesties in decorated tins, but I used them on almost every card, so they were promoted to the hanging space on the front of the shelf on the left.

I love having everything out in the open. I'm an out-of-sight-out-of-mind person. My most favorite thing about your space - that saying on your wall! AWESOME!

Aw, thanks, everyone! I made up the saying, and was a little nervous about putting a pic of my studio out there, but there you go. If we see this on a poster someday (long story, it's happened to me, still bitter...), you'll all back me up that it was here first, right? ;-).
Seriously, I do like to keep everything out in the open, it does make me want to create. I am sad, though, because I have to walk by it every night on the way from the bathroom to the bedroom, and I know that homework will prevent me from playing in it as I want to...
Thanks for looking!
