A very fancy thank you. I embossed the center of the heart but not the scallop border. The pearly thing is from the clearance bin at Michael's and is actually supposed to be ironed on I believe. Inside the card is another heart without the scallop so there is a spot to write. I think this would make a beautiful wedding card.

rokale - I have a 4x4 die from Quikutz that cuts the heart and the scallop seperately. You could also get the same effect from Nestabilities dies by cutting out a shape inside another one. If you don't own a die cut machine you might be able to get somewhat of the same effect if you had nesting templates and you cut the first heart out with scalloped scissors and then used a craft knife to cut the inside shape out. (I'm not great with a craft knife though so I have to rely on my dies and Cuttlebug!) Hope that helps! TFL!
