I paper pieced the poppy so that it would look the true color of the rose red on the kraft paper. Then I added a darker red with a copic marker. I cuttlebugged the rose panel after I inked the folder with rose red ink.

Sooo pretty, Liz!!! Your poppy is beautiful...such a clever idea to do the paper pieceing to get the right color!! Love the cuttled background, too, and the ribbon is just perfect!!!
