It's been a few weeks and I've missed the IC! Thanks Stef for this cool challenge..while I was at the coast, I happened to eat at a place that had lovely umbrellas hanging from the ceiling...it made for a very cheery and cozy spot.
I was trying to keep this card under 45 minutes in case I could fit it into the VSN challenges going on this weekend. It is rather plain for me, but my very best 45 minutes!
This is what I did:
Inkadinkadoo sentiment stamped on GP white cs with TH di pine needles, embossing in clear.
Nestabilities for my rectangle...I've learned how to carefully 'cut' down the regular rectangles to whatever size I want. I used silver brads in the corners.
My paper is from the Paper CO. love those umbrellas which I fussied up...polka dots, embossed one, plaided another, swirly and even fit my watermark into one! I used a silver pen to highlight the handes and a black puff pen for the handles and very tip.
Thanks for looking and always your comments are so much fun to read!

Susan this is fantastic. I hope your time at the coast was relaxing and enjoyable. I too was at the coast yesterday. The East coast. LOVE this dp. Really nice for this challenge. I cannot make a card in 45 min. Love the colors and the sentiment can't be beat. We need some rain here in the southeast. Could you do a rain dance for us. Love it.
