Measurements: dark brown - 3 ¾ x 5”, image panel - 3 ½” x 4 3/4”
-Tool and ink distressing on all layers. To tool distress on all four sides the caramel layer is cut to 4.25 x 5.5 and mounted on white cardstock. To avoid white showing after tool distressing is done I ink distress about a ¼” in on the white base.
-Stitching on the dark brown is done with heavy beige thread and ink distressedÂ…got a little heavy on zig-zag so IÂ’ll use a lighter touch next time!
-Button are tight on the card with the same thread after punching holes with the paper piercer and I used the Stampin Up mat pack for marking.
-Re-inkers were used for coloring the image panel.
-Stickles were added to the flower.
I pick the layout before I create and I had no idea what IÂ’d do for this large panel until I started searching the image supply and found this Whipper Snapper image that IÂ’d never used. It was a gift from my sister in law. It worked perfect with the paw print background from Cornish Heritage Farms.. We can rule out mouse but are those kitty or doggie prints?
