last week's challenge among a small group of friends...make an acetate card. one problem. in my haste to get my card made before leaving on vacation, i didn't read far enough. it was supposed to be humorous. and unless this litte bird is telling jokes, i totally messed up. sorry girls.
actually, i had no acetate, so i used a piece i had cut from the packaging of some purchased item. but i had only this one little piece, so no mistakes!
the bird was stamped twice, then i cut one out and raised it with pop dots. you can't tell in the photo, but the snowflakes are painted with frosted lace stickles.

I don't care if it's not funny - it's gorgeous! I haven't been a huge fan of these birds, until now. I love how you highlighted the snowflakes; what a sweet suggestion of winter!

This is beautiful! I love the black and white color scheme, the pretty bird and the ribbon. You could consider the fact that you confused the instructions as being funny, and presto, you met the criteria for this card!

This is such a fabulous card. I just love how you've combined the greeting from one stamp set with the bird to make a beautiful Christmas card. Oh this is just stunning - I am definitely going to favourite this one. Thank you for sharing this!
