This is my submission for TLC181. This is the second try uploading... SCS ate the first one, so this will be a shorter version just in case!
Lynn had us try a new technique of doing stained glass on acetate. We were instructed to mix Crystal Effects and Reinkers and after stamping our image on the front of a piece of acetate, we were to color it in with this mixture on the back. She also instructed us to use a cut out window and place the sentiment on the inside of the card, placed so you could see it from the front, and arranging the images so as not to hide the sentiment. I think I followed the instructions to the letter. I used Taken with Teal, Lavender Lace, Cool Caribbean and Barely Bananna Reinkers. I did add yellow stickles to the flower centers, which do not show in the photo. I also ran my card base border through my Cuttlebug EF, and added crystal stickles to the centers of the embossed flowers. I love the look of these new border EF's! I added a few gem stones for added color, and stamped my sentiment on the inside of the card using Stazon and Curvy Verses. Hope you like it and thanks so much for looking!

WOW Grace! Your card is magnificent, are you sure it isn't real glass LOL! Love everything about it. The border embossing is so pretty too. I failed miserably with the challenge today, not having the products and I now see I didn't even make the correct shape of card LOL.

I love your bright colors against the white, Grace!! The cb borders are wonderful, and so are the blingy things on each side! the stickles in the middle of each little flower are wonderful...just a touch, not too much (a poet, but didn't mean to be!!).
