After seeing Julia S's sample, I just had to give the technique a try! Wow, it really looks a lot like fabric. I love the results. Thanks Julia. Stamp the image, watercolor, stamp the canvas BG with versamark, apply clear embossing powder, heat, DTP and sponge to get aged look. The creamy caramel was ages by crinkling wax paper, applying ink with brayer, putting cardstock face down and rubbing the back with my hand. It looks a lot like suede.

This is a very pretty card. I love the technique. It looks so old fashioned; like an old tapestry or something...and I love old stuff! I call my decor "early attic". I will have to try this.

Beautiful! I immediately thought of a needlepoint picture. I love how you aged it. I've done something similar with brayering over top of the whole thing with a darker color and then you just get the image showing where you have the EP. Will have to try another one today. Great card, love the background too! The Frost technique is a great one.
