I cheated a little on the Crafty Secrets Sketch challenge this week, in that I had already made these cards last week. So I didn't make them for the challenge, but they qualify as "stitched" and torn!
My Mom asked me to make invites to a red hats gathering she's having at a bed and breakfast in Wisconsin. The B & B is modeled after Aunt Bea's house from the Andy Griffith show.
I pulled a photo of Andy, Aunt Bea and Opie off the internet, and then used Crafty Secrets Flourishes stamps to decorate the patterned paper. I stitched torn paper to the front of the invite.
