The Daisy and Dan stamps are designed by my fellow stamp designer for Kadoodle Stamps and I got them this weekend with my DT pack which included the papers I used.
My theme is Victorian dressing up and I've created a little scene for the two little cuties. I stamped in Versafine and coloured with prismacolor pencils and oms. I used some of the DT papers to piece the clothing and mounted on dimension tape. The background was sponged with Ranger distress inks and I drew in a window and the floor planks with a black fine liner pen. The curtains were freehand cut, layered with paper doily pieces for the lace and attached over the background. The dressing up box is a piece of white card embossed with the distressed stripes eb folder, sponged and doodled. I cut a couple of pieces of the dp for an impression of material overflowing. To finish the card I highlighted with a Sakura silver metallic pen. TFL as always.

You beat me to the punch! I just read your comment on my card. Thank you for your kind words. Now about this beauty.....Wow!! Those drapes look so velvety! Your paper piecing looks so natural. I didn't realize that was what you had done. Love Daisy and Dan's outfits and those boots are darling, not to mention her stockings...ooh la la! Your window scene is fabulous! WOW! TFS :0)

I'm simply at a loss here, Chris Dark! This is so beyond me, it's really incomprehensible. I saw these 2 little guys last night, but they look a whole lot different here. I'm off to check out your blog! I can only imagine what I'll find there. You're the most creative and talented woman! What a gift you are and you have. Too too talented!

This is a work of art for sure! I love the creativity I find here. Gorgeous! And very out-of-the-box. I love the whimsical feel. It brings me back to childhood days, and dreaming of scenes I read about in books about children in distant countries. This is so cool!
