Looks like fun, but no stamping time for me today! We thought our house was sold, but the deal fell through and it's back on the market with a showing this evening! Gotta clean! I'll check the gallery later to admire everyone's creations.

OK - I will have to do the embossing look, as I do not have LA, but it looks like this is going to be fun!!

I'll have to see what I can come up with. I have about 3 colors of LA.

First time using liquid applique and it's kinda tempermental. It seems to puff where it wants to, not necessarily where I wanted it to. Cool stuff, though.

Thanks for a fun challenge, Julia!

One thing that helps keep the LA from smashing enroute through the mail is to put some clear ep on it before you heat it - a trick I learned in a Christmas class at a LSS years ago.

I combined today's challenge with yesterday's sketch challenge.

-- Thanks Julie for making me drag out my Liquid Applique. I want to use it yesterday, on my mitten card, but i was to lazy to get it out. I also didn't feel like waiting for it to dry.

Here's my card.. Thanks for looking. http:////www.splitcoaststampers.com/...00519&cat=7182

Thanks! Now I know what to look for! Stopped by Michaels right before a Dr.'s apt for CJF#2 this am and I asked 3 people where to find it. No one had a clue and I didn't have time to poke around looking for it. Hv to try Joann's or Wallie World tomorrow!

I love the set Silly Sealife - on the octipus, the LA is the bubbles around him; on the whale, it's the water - cool challenge!

I know i havnt been around in a while and just wanted to update everyone. Ive been dealing with some medical issues that i dont really want to get into right at the moment. Ive been home from work and havnt had much energy to do anything (hence the lack of me on here ...and the lack of RAK's going out) Im starting to feel better and my pretty face should be seen more often

I Love using LA, thanks Kittie for the tip that you don't need to let it dry before you puffy it up. -- I'll be using it alot more now. --

I didn't mean for my card to have such dark colors, but it seemed to have a mind of it's own. Thanks for looking. Here's my mouse. http:////www.splitcoaststampers.com/...00824&cat=5598
