Won't have time to play today but here is a RAK that I received from belle5 not long ago where she used Elmer's Glue on the vases to look like water. (Just thought I would throw that idea into the pot. )

Tried two new ways to use adhesives today, Xyron (5in size) to attach vellum pieces rather than the adhesive spray and I made my own sentiment button using a hot glue gun.

Ouch! My brain hurts! This was harder than I thought it was going to be. I started with Beate's Glitter Puzzle tutorial from yesterday and never finished it, maybe later? Then went to Rubber Cement Resist. Did the bg and got stuck w/ what to do, kept going back to it and walking away! Finally finished it but it's pretty basic stuff. Have to do this again later after I find some inspiration! TFL!

Here we go - my first challenge in a long while. I've missed stamping, but I can't seem to make anything I like. I hope this gets me going again. If you haven't checked out the I-RAK forum, do it! That's where this image came from. The group of ladies there are awesome!

I used greeting glue to adhere embossing powder on a torn edge. Here's my vintage harmony.

I just finished my card. I used some Mono Multi to outline bits of the center dragonfly image then applied some purple Pearlex powder. It is hard to see the glitter from the scan.

Here's mine. It's sort of lame as I just used tacky tape on the borders of the image layer to create an embossed frame around the colored image.

Default Crystal effects Embellishments

Okay, okay...Finally...I think this is the card that qualifies for today's challenge...3rd times the charm you know...
Crystal Effects Embellishments
I used 1/2 inch circle punch, wire and CE to make these page pebbles. Only downside...it took several hours for them to dry before I could attach them to my card!

Here is one I did from some time ago that should qualify.. I tore pieces of masking tape and stuck it on a photo box, then used shoe polish to color it in, wiped part of the polish off and finished. The picture is a bit distorted for some reason :

Yay! I did another challenge!

I used masking tape as a stamp and stamped the background with versamark. I liked the way it came out. It looks weathered.

Mine is not really a 'new' use for anything. I used Crystal Effects the way its usually used, and Stickles glitter glue, if that counts. If it does, half my gallery should be in here - I loooove Stickles!
