I LOVE my stamp-a-ma-jig and use it all the time - don't know how I got by without it for so long. Anyway, I just got Basket Full of Fun so I thought that I would try it out with that. Thanks for looking and congratulations Julia!!

Here's a card I made before and used my SAMJ for the first time. I still like how this card turned out. The words were stacked one on top of the other and I wanted them side by side. I still got them crooked, but they look pretty good overall I think?

All I Have Seen Thinking

Hope to use my SAMJ more today as I make Father's Day cards.

Oooh...I actually finished something yesterday that I couldn't have done with my SMJ. I used a piece of vellum instead of the plastic sheet, and cut out the centre to create a mask, then used the SMJ to position the turtles, and stamped right over the vellum, leaving just the turtles, no box. That's totally not clear, so here's the photo:

Here's my lego-ma-jig It works great!

The pictures aren't the greatest, but you get the idea. Just make sure you hide it from your kids! Kendalyn keeps taking it off my stamp desk, because well, they are HER toys

Thanks for the push Julia! I have a SAM, but have only used it once or twice. It always seems so time consuming to me (yeah, I know, it's probably less time consuming than doing it over when I stamp crooked!). Hopefully I can find some time later to stamp.

CONGRATULATIONS on joining the DD! Great job!

I use my S-A-M all of the time! The one thing my ladies love it for is when they do not press the words hard or even enough and need to fix it. I had 7 of the 9 ladies at my last group buy one because one lady messed up her inside after doing a fairly hard card and I fixed it no problem with the S-A-M .

This card I did this morning for the sketch challenge but I love to use the S-A-M with this new set. It is a WONDERFUL tool!

Congrats Julia! I used the SAMJ in my workshop this weekend (great minds think alike, Debbi, we used the same stamp set!) This is much prettier IRL, looks kind of wahed out here:

Stamp-A-Ma-Jig is one of my standard tools, use it ever since I found I was no good at eyeballing anything. Especially words or letters--

Here's a strange question. Can you use a T-Square in place of a stamp-a-ma-jig? I saw someone made some with the Leggos so I'm guessing a regular T-Square would be to thin to line up a stamp...

I saw, a few years back, someone make one out of a corner of a broken frame.

I would be totally lost without my SAMJ. It is the perfect tool, small but with a handle that is deep enough. LOVE IT!!

Thought it would be fitting to use the stamp set that caused me to purchase my beloved Stamp-a-ma-jig years ago.

I am in love with my stamp-a-ma-jig ... it is one of my most prized possessions in my studio!

Here is the card I created for this challenge:

Golf Shoe

Sorry the colors seem a little off ... it really is stamped on WHITE paper!

I finally had a chance to work on the challenges today YEAH! So, I did a double challenge with yesterday's layout...the SAMJ was used to line up the Reindeer Print topiary back to back to mimic the Basic Grey paper pattern...

here's mine (Pending as of 6pm EST)

I too love my stamp a ma jig. I use it quite alot, but not as often as a friend of mine who uses it every single time she stamps an image.

I made a garden journal last night and it fit todays challenge so here it is.

Whatever kind of corner you use, it has to be deep enough so that the sides of the wood block are sliding against it, above the rubber & foam pad of the stamp.

I was confused and thought we were supposed to use anything we hadn't used before, I'm a tard.

So I used my ahoy matey set that I hadn't gotten around to using. However, I did use my stampamajig on my two SC cards I did today.

Did another one this morning combined with the Limited Supply Challenge! I've always wanted to try this double background that I saw on laurakj's card (//www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=273282) so I used my Stamp-a-ma-jig this morning to do it on this card!

A little on the late side, but I just uploaded my card for the stamp-a-ma-jig challenge. My zebra was mounted weird with his butt too high in the air, so it helped a lot to use it!!! Thanks for the challenge -- now that I've got it out I'm sure I'll use it more often!!! Here's my card:

WooHoo! I completed my very first ever challenge!!! Yes, I am one of those who CAN stamp crooked using the stampamajig! But it is much better than what I've done freehand. My poor little neglected SAMJ will be out of the box so much more now! Thanks so much for this challenge....I will be back for more!

The challenge for me would be not to use the SAMJ--would have a tough time without it, especially keeping these ducks(?) in a row (lol).
