So today for our WTUI challenge we are going to use any of these three symbols of HOPE ~ a swallow, a dove, or an anchor. And since it's October - throw a little pink into the mix somewhere.
While you can't combine the individual HYCCT challenges, it's perfectly ok to combine them with other challenges, so if you would like to combine this WTUI challenge with any of the HYCCT challenges, feel free to do so. Or perhaps you might like to add to your Christmas card stash with the dove option...
Here's my sample:HYCCT1401A Hope by Cook22 - I combined it with Lydia's HYCCT challenge from yesterday ;-).
If you're not sure how to add a link, here's how:
1. Open 2 windows or tabs: one for your card in the gallery, and one for this thread
2. In this thread, click on reply and type anything you want to show before the link.
3. Go to your card window. Highlight the address for your card. (It says www. splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showphoto..... and so on)
4. Click EDIT. Click COPY
5. Go back to this thread. Click PASTE.
We have a gorgeous sample with an anchor from Cathy...
Another card for your challenge, Sabrina. Within the hour, learned that someone we know has had surgery to remove a third of their colon. My card will go to them.
At first I stamped the birds in pink and decided it was too much pink, so thought I would cover it up with Black, as you can see it did not cover it all - but it does look neat so I kept it. LOL

I love to watch the Swallows soar over our local pond, effortlessly catching bugs. They are so beautiful and it never ceases to amaze me that they never crash into each other - and they don't even have an air controller. They have a cute high-pitched call. Here is my Let Hope Soar which I will be sending to my sister in a nursing home, in another state.

Fit in some extra stamping time today and made a card for this challenge. I have more anchors stamped on the inside of the card which has a vanilla liner for writing ease. Strong Anchor
