I am sure Julia has someone filling in for her again....but I thought this is the absolute BEST place to post a challenge like this---
For those of you who do not know, Julia's mother passed away. I think it would be such a great show of support and sympathy if we all sent Julia a card---I cannot imagine what she is going through right now but I do know that during any time of grieving it is wonderful to have such a supportive group praying and thinking of you.
So.....get out your stamping stuff and let's all send a huge heaping of love and prayers to Julia.

Carolyn, Thank you for posting this I did not know. I will get a card done today. Noone will think you stepped on toes, this is very THOUGHTFUL and I am sure Julia will appreciate the thoughts and prayers.

Cammie! Thank you SO much for posting this! I ran across Julia's blog the other day & read about it, and I totally wanted to send her a card, but didn't know how to go about finding her address...thanks so much!
Thank You Carolyn, Julia has posted a note to her blog today. You can read it here Blogs at Splitcoaststampers I do believe that sending our thoughts is helpful. I sent My card on Monday, Here is JULIA'S CARD Julia is such an awesome card maker that I hesitated to send her my heartfelt sympathy. But then I thought what a better way than to send a 'handmade card'.

Thanks so much for the info. I went to Julia's blog for the first time after reading your post and was surprised to discover that she lives only a couple of hours away from me. I sent her an e mail and will get a card out tomorrow.

What a beautiful gesture. Although I have been working so much that I rarely get to participate in the ongoing conversations, I often will read them later. I am so blessed to have found this site with such a generous, warm and caring group of women. It blesses my socks off when I see things like this. I will definitely make a card and send it to her. Thanks for being so great.
Oh my, I had no idea! My heart goes out to Julia and her family. I' in bed for the night, but will try to make a card and send it off tomorrow (Thursday).
