Default WT869 ~ Out of the box die cutting ~ November 4, 2021

Lisa here your hostess for this weeks Ways to Use It challenge.

Wow how did we get to November already. One of my favorite techniques to use on cards is the Out of the Box with Nestabilities. I love it because if I have just the right shape of a die cut for a card layout I am doing but the image is just a bit too large I can just use the technique for the image.

Today's challenge is to use the technique to make a card. It can be found here:

Out of the Box with Nestabilities Tutorial - Splitcoaststampers

If you do not have a die cutting machine fear not, you can also do this with a straight line where your image pops out from that line over the line and you fussy cut around part of the image.

I can't wait to see how you use this technique.

Here is my card: WT869 Birthday Flowers by Shoe Girl at Splitcoaststampers

Link to the challenge gallery: WT869 - Homemade Cards, Rubber Stamp Art, & Paper Crafts - Splitcoaststampers.com

If you're not sure how to add a link, here's how:
1. Open 2 windows or tabs: one for your card in the gallery, and one for this thread
2. In this thread, click on reply and type anything you want to show before the link.
3. Go to your card window. Highlight the address for your card. (It says www. splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showphoto..... and so on)
4. Click EDIT. Click COPY
5. Go back to this thread. Click PASTE.
We have super cute cards this week from the very creative team. Please check out their wonderful cards.

What a great idea! Just the other day I was trying to use an image that didn't fit in the die I wanted to use and I ended up using a bigger die instead. I will definitely be giving this technique a try. Thanks.
