Hello friends...Cathy here with this week's Ways to Use It Challenge, "Just Saying."
So...Let's take some time to chat a little. Today's gallery will be a free speech zone. Show someone or something talking by using a speech or thought bubble. Your speech bubble can be stamped, die cut or hand drawn.
My sample: So Blessed Just Saying...a big thank you to Sabrina, Lisa, Carla and Toni for speaking out and creating some fabulous speech bubble samples for your inspiration.
If you're not sure how to add a link, here's how: 1. Open 2 windows or tabs: one for your card in the gallery, and one for this thread 2. In this thread, click on reply and type anything you want to show before the link. 3. Go to your card window. Highlight the address for your card. (It says www. splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showphoto..... and so on) 4. Click EDIT. Click COPY 5. Go back to this thread. Click PASTE
Indeed a challenge for me since conversation bubbles are something I have never added to a card design. Had to improvise and free hand a bubble with a computer sentiment. Thanks for getting my brain wheels turning this AM.
Used a "caption balloon" for my sentiment- and fussy cut my bunny witch and black cat on a broom, enhanced with hay strands, and propped up with foam dimensionals:mad:. Used a scalloped dark purple panel, decorated with a vertical fabric strip- and a dry embossed larger panel. Here's Big Girls Broom
