Welcome to this week's Ways to Use it Challenge, Picture This! It's National Photo Month, so let's have some fun with photos on cards.
Use a real photo, a print from a magazine or print a photo from your computer. If you're using an online print, please make sure it's copyright free. Another option is use a photo stamp. You can make the photo your main image, the background or alter it. Here's some fun SCS tutorials for inspiration
Here's a quick tip for photo stamps, use Stazon ink on glossy paper for a crisp image and a stamping platform is helpful to keep your stamp from sliding. Thanks to Polly (peeps321) for teaching me those tricks.
When you've finished your creation, upload your card with the keywordWT689 and then come back and share a link here - that makes it easy for people to find your card. It's especially appreciated by the hostesses!!
If you're not sure how to add a link, here's how:
1. Open 2 windows or tabs: one for your card in the gallery, and one for this thread.
2. In this thread, click on reply and type anything you want to show before the link.
3. Go to your card window. Highlight the address for your card. (It says www. splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showphoto..... and so on)
4. Click EDIT. Click COPY
5. Go back to this thread. Click PASTE. Here's the link for our WT689gallery.Take a look and spread some love around by leaving comments for your fellow crafters!
Thank you to our talented team members Sabrina, Toni and Lisa, for the fabulous samples.

Chiming in to echo what Carla said. The gallery is fantastic. I'm bummed that I can't print a recent photo and make another card, it's been so inspiring seeing what everyone has created. What a great challenge, Carla.
Oh goodness, thank you for the reminder, Beverly. I can't print on acetate at the moment either but as soon as I get our new printer installed I will revisit that technique.
