WT400 - Thanks To... (11/08/12)
 

Hello and Happy Thursday!

Can you believe we are in November already? I can't! November always strikes me as a month of thanks. I have plenty of Facebook friends and family members that are posting daily about things for which they are thankful. We also have Veteran's Day just around the corner. In my mind, another reason for this month of Thanks.

My challenge for you today is to make a Thank You card and if you so chose, make a thank you card for a Veteran.

My teammates and I made our thank you cards with Veterans in mind. I have attached my sample along with Cathy's sample and Michelle's sample below.

Remember to use the keyword, WT400, when uploading your card so we can all see your creation. It helps if you link it up back here too. You can view the entire gallery for this challenge HERE.

Need help linking a card? Follow these instructions!

1. Open 2 windows: One window for your card and one for this thread.
2. In this thread, click on reply and type anything you want to show before the link.
3. Got to your card window. Highlight the address for your card. (It says www. splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showphoto..... and so on)
4. Click EDIT. Click COPY
5. Go back to this thread. Click PASTE.

I love your challenge, Toni, and the samples are terrific! But now I have to hit the hay to get up for an early morning flight.... Maybe I can slip in a quick CAS design.... Oh I shouldn't.... ha!

Happy 400th challenge day! Thanks to the hostesses and all who've worked over the years to make this challenge happen! We appreciate your service too! Today's challenge was just in time for a card I needed for a friend retiring after 30 years of service in the Navy.

This is dedicated to the men and women in the Navy, both veterans and current enlisted personnel- my dad was a Naval doctor on an aircraft carrier many years ago. I used Rubber Stampede's Travel Map to represent their travels throughout the world. Here's Seafaring Thanks
