It is putting versamark all over a previously stamped piece of work and then covering with cosmic shimmers embossing powders...

Believe it or not -the only crafting gift was adhesive from my DS. He bought me a Xyron adhesive dispenser that puts teeny tiny sticky dots on my cs. It appears to be a very 'sticky' adhesive and I like the dispenser.
