Bunco anyone?
Thank you for offering a challenge that finally got an idea in my head down on cardstock! It's been TOO long!
Ever since I got the On Board Accents, way back when they were introduced, I couldn't help but see a die in the square with the 4 circles. And bunco dice are prettier than regular dice! I originally thought to stamp small clock faces in the black circles and put the letters spaced in the circles to spell "time" and then a 4 right in the middle for "time for bunco" but it didn't happen. Simpler is better sometimes. I think the raffle ticket works nicely with the "what where when." I covered the chipboard with Modge Podge Sparkle. Of course it doesn't show up that well. I used a negative Nestabilities square to frame a Fresh Cuts image for this card. http:////www.splitcoaststampers.com/...0&ppuser=87307

WT176 Autumn Leaves in Wheelbarrows by Crafty Julia
I have such fond memories of my dad raking leaves in our California yard, and the changing colors in the fall, so this card is dedicated to him (and he's still gardening in his 80s!)
I used SU's Autumn Splendor to stamp patterns on the leaves- made from a brown paper bag- from my Creative Memories leaf punches, and the wheelbarrows come from The Wheel Thing. I used the negative image of a leaf in the lower right hand corner for an accent (WT176 Challenge) Here's my card: Autumn Leaves in Wheelbarrows by Crafty Julia - Cards and Paper Crafts at Splitcoaststampers |
Here is my card for this challenge:
Negative Turns Positive I used the negative space created by the Heirloom Frames & Dies. Thanks for Looking! |
