WT120 - Ribbon Revisted
 

An easy challenge for you this morning, after the holiday! :) Today's Ways to Use it Challenge is a rerun and today your challenge is to use ribbon on your designs. Use some orgrandy, gingham, velvet, grosgrain...there is a ton of stunning ribbon out there! Now most of us love ribbon and use it all the time...so if you do, try and think up something that you don't do that often. Something new would be awesome too!

Here is mine....the card I happened to make today fits this challenge. Although, when you think about it, pretty much any card I make would fit, I use ribbon alot!

Here is mine. Oops! My husband just came in and found an error on my card - that's what I get for trying to put this together so fast. Oh well... I've fixed the original - you guys will just have to laugh at the mistake!!

See, this is why I love your challenges, Julia!! I LOVE ribbon...I HAVE ribbon...I never use it enough!! This is going to be Grrrreat! (said with Tony the tigers enthusiasm!

Also, I picked up the current copy of Stamp It yesterday and who's name did I see beside one of the best cards in the Mag??!!! Very cool, Julia! it's always nice to see familiar names being published!!! You rock!!!!

I hurriedly got one done before anyone else woke up! I hope you like it.

My Motifs are honorable

Here are two! The first one I did today using a new spool of narrow cotton twill (I hope that counts as ribbon). I know it's a quick one, but I gotta play quick today, or I can't play at all!!! :o(

Welcome Baby Giraffe

This second one I did a couple of days ago and I used a brand new spool of gorgeous pink ribbon that was a gift to me from a Secret Wish-RAK member and I used it in a way I've never used ribbon before (although I"m sure you all have done it this way).....three ties on one end. I was really happy with the way it turned out and it fits the challenge, so I thought I'd share it too....hope that's okay.
