It is coming up Wednesday and that means a new Watercolour Challenge - and a new Month! It is downright freezing in my area, so perfect for staying inside and tackling a watercolour challenge!
I am hosting today's challenge and have picked a video that is long. Hence, I have broken it down so you know where to find what., which follows.
It is your choice what you would like to paint, but for ease of reference you can find the beginning at 0:11 for the Macaroon cookies. For the Melting Hearts go to time 20:58 and and the last painting which is the Doughnut go to 35:00.
Uploading: Remember the keyword is without spaces. Use a comma between keywords with a space after each comma.
If you are new to the challenges, please feel free to do this one or ANY of the challenges at any time. There is no time limit. They are not races to see who can do one first, nor are they contests of any sort. All the challenges are simply to provide inspiration and to get us stamping!

I did watch the whole heart cookies, and the middle heart negative space sections and I intend to watch the last bit eventually as I have some sugar cookie stamps that I think it would be cool to know how she got her frosting so glossy looking but, I took the easiest route.

Thanks for this terrific video Kia. I will be trying the other two examples. The gallery should be very pretty this week. Here is my Card-WCW140 Wet on Wet by Holstein at Splitcoaststampers
Stay warm, it is super cold here too!!!!!
Kia, I'm in awe. You took your delightful challenge, chose one of the paintings, and somehow took it to a place of depth and personality that's actually moving. Truly... staring at this is moving to me today! (And it's a dessert, for goodness sake! But it's like a heart hug!!!)
This is what I think art is supposed to be all about. Finding beauty in the simplest of things. You've done that here - perfectly!
Thank you so much for sharing your work with us!
Blessings,
Chrissy
