Title: How to paint Poppies

It is hard to believe that we are in November - the time is flying by! I hope this finds you all healthy and happy.
Today we will visit with Jenna Rainey who shows us all about painting Poppies in a Clean and Simple style. Despite watching the video several times, it did not sink in. Oh the joy of watercolour!

Kia, thanks for the colorful challenge! I enjoyed practicing petals and leaves! Such a great step-by-step tutorial!

This was a challenge to create the strokes as the artists did in the video. Mine are fully opened. Thanks for the challenge Kia. Here is my card.

This wasn't an easy one for me, you know I've got difficulties with the leaves and didn't like my painting, I've took a picture and after that I've doodled around the painting, here are the both pictures:WCW075 Poppies before Doodling by snietje at Splitcoaststampers

I skipped right over this one because in the title it says November 3, 2012 - not 2021

It's perfectly ok to use a stamp if you want to get out your paints but don't want the pressure of drawing. I know you will make gorgeous paintings whether you use a stamp or freehand!
