SWEET MESSAGE FROM A RECIPIENT

I wanted to share the email I received from one of the recipients of my cards for last years event. We exchanged emails back and forth for a few weeks. I'm going to check up on her after I post this.
Have a beautiful day!

Dear Shannon,
I got your card from MDAnderson, in Houston, Texas. I'm not sure if you go there or not, but I'm hoping we can be friends, even if you don't. I got your beautiful "gated angel" card, and wasn't sure if I was supposed to open the gates or not, when the sticker fell off that was keeping them closed! So that's when I got your note+email and decided to tell you how awesomely original it was! I've never gotten a card like yours, or anybody's address in a card either. That was definitely new to me.
Anyway, I thought I'd mention that to you, and what you do is greatly appreciated at our hospital. Moreover because they took away our knitting, stitching, and crocheting projects. These used to be in every clinic. So, once they were gone, people were sick with boredom! The only thing to do was look at a magazine while you were waiting for your doctor-and, trust me, most of those mags are less than entertaining!!
Also, I was wondering if there's anyway I can volunteer to do what you do-as I think what you do is very honorable.
I hope to hear from you soon, God Bless and Merry Christmas!!

Oh my gosh - this is so amazing!!!

I wonder if they would accept little card kits in place of those crochet projects?

Thank you so much for sharing!
