Thank you Karin and Betsy! This weekend and last weekend were both great! You both did a fantastic job! Not to mention that my fellow Flight Attendants also did a wonderful job!! I can't wait to see what prizes will be awarded for the fantabulous pages that have been done!!!
BTW! my fellow scrampers you can join in and donate! Follow this link. It is not required by any means but the more donated the more prizes!!! hehehe
Amen to all this! What a great weekend - such a fun theme and fabulous challenges - you girls are amazing!! whoot! whoot! I always love the pages I do during VSBN challenges and the ones I did this weekend I really like, too. Thanks for helping me get lots of incredible scrapping done!
Thanks so much to our wonderful co-pilots and our stewardesses!!!!! The theme was fantastic and the challenges were downright amazing!! You are such a creative bunch!! What a fun time! Can't wait for the next one!
I had the absolute best weekend of scrapping, both as a participant and as a challenger. Everything went so smoothly, thanks to our pilots, and the stewardess' all had fun and challenging challenges. I still have a few more to finish up, but I have done almost 20 pages so far between these last two weekends! That's A LOT of scrapbooking.

Thanks to all for the best scrapbooking weekend ever!! I'll definitely be here for the next one. Awesome challenges, beautiful pages, super pilots and flight attendants - even with the site being finicky. You guys are THE BEST!!!
I did 7 challenges and 1 pre-challenge. Not bad for my first VSBN!

Ladies, I wanted to say thank you for all your work on the VSBN. I promised my DH a few months ago that I'd make an album for his office desk about our very full summer. He even bought me a Rubicoil! But I've been putting it off :( When I saw the VSBN info, I decided to work on his album. It meant I couldn't participate in all the challenges (no snow in Iowa in July! ) but it prompted me to get going and I've finished 24 5.5" x 8.5" pages as of this afternoon. I have a little work on the cover still to finish. But it's almost done and I have you wonderful ladies to thank for the encouragement! I wish I could send you all chocolate kisses but this will have to do--Thank you, thank you, thank you! xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo
You are all so sweet! I'm SO GLAD everyone got so much scrappin' done (that is the whole point of VSBN, right??) and had a fun time doing so! I thought that the challenges were all really REALLY good, very creative, and not too hard to finish in two hours! On all of the pages I completed, I was challenged to think outside of the box and do something I wouldn't normally do, which was FANTASTIC for me! We had FABULOUS flight attendants for this VSBN and I am so thankful that they all worked so hard to make thier challenge a success! Aside from SCS giving us a few headaches, I was very pleased with how everything went, and I SO loved seeing all your artwork and family memories. WELL DONE, fellow scrappers!!

Many thanks to our wonderful co-pilots Betsy and Karin for a smooth flight! And thanks to all the super flight attendents for the super challenges - can't believe how many pages were scrapped, I'm still looking through the gallery! Great job everyone!
Thank you so much to everyone who contributed. It was a blast as always. I got a lot of pages done and another dent in my pictures. I tried new things I haven't tried before on my pages. Thanks again.

I loved it. I woke up this morning with an empty spot...VSBN is done, no new challenges on the computer! OH MY! But I got 20 pages done between the warmup and this weekend, which is awesome. VSBN is my main scrapbooking time, I don't get much done other times of the year! I'm gonna have to get back into the weekly challenges, pick a day of the week and just do it.
Thanks for the great theme, great challenges, great rush of excitement all weekend too.
I'm fearing the next one might be on my due date...
Hopefully not.
I wonder if I can get internet in the hospital?

What sweet words I've read from everyone...and I MUST agree!!! VSBN is such a special event, I only got three pages done myself, but it's hard to scrap when your chatting it up and the chickens (my kids) are running wild ;)
I am so proud to have been a part of it and I think it would take an act of God to keep me away from the next one!!!
THANK YOU Betsy, Karin, and all my other partners in crime for making this VSBN so great!
{{{BIG HUGS}}}
Thank you Besty and Karin, and all the stewardesses for the great scrapping experience. I wasn't too sure I would be able to use my limited creativity to get anything to work for me. But these challenges were PERFECT!! I was so glad I had pictures saved to my computer and my printer was working well. Next time around I will be sure to have some more on hand already printed or processed, that was my biggest challenge was to pick the right pictures for each challenge. I sure won't miss the next opportunity to fly the friendly skies with the VSBN crew.
Thank you to everyone from me too! I didn't really have any idea what to expect, and it far exceeded what I thought it would be. It was so fun, and while I don't have a large stash of stamps, I still got much more done than I would've if I'd just been going on my own. I'm so amazed at all the work so many of you did, not just in the creativity and quality of it, but the numbers of layouts you accomplished just over one weekend.
The terrific thing is that the challenges make you look at what you have--both supplies and pictures--and put them in different combinations or styles than you might normally, so I'll definitely be watching for another date to try it again. Thanks so much to all those who worked so hard to organize it, and to all the participants for all the motivation, 'cause it absolutely is contagious!
Thank you thank you thank you!!! I had a great time scrappin this weekend. I loved the challenges and got to try some new techniques I wouldn't have tried otherwise and got the creative juices flowin' again! I'll definitely be joining in on the next VSBN weekend (when will it be?!?!?!?)

Hmmm.....I'm not sure when the next VSBN will be!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? That will be up to the next coordinator(s)! In the past, all VSBNs have been about three months apart each, so the next one probably won't be till January (plus with the holiday season, I doubt we would have one in December!). But, that will give us something FUN to look forward to when it is snowing like crazy outside!
