What a great challenge. I don't usually do blocking or monocramatic. This will be so fun.

Hey lady - here is my monochromatic color blocked green page! I did soccer pictures, too, as green seemed very appropriate for them!
http:////www.splitcoaststampers.com/...p?photo=388458
now I'm off to check the VSBN gallery and comment on as many pages as I can in 35 minutes!!

It is dusk and the lighting is poor--My picture is pretty washed out. IRL the background paper is a mottled green with mint and sage colors, so I used those to mount the pictures. I used clear address labels for my title and journaling and added some green (honest) leaves for a little extra.

Do we just have to do a color blocking page using greens or do we have to have look exactly like one of your pages? I'm a little confused.

You can follow my sketch with the color blocking but you must use monochromatic greens. Using the sketch is a bonus. I hope that helps.

Oh, bummer, I totally misunderstood that we had to use green... I blew it and used Reds... Oh well, check my gallery if you want to see what I did for this challenge even though I thoroughly messed it up.

another one done
This was another great challenge. Love using cardstock without patterned paper. I'm afraid that I did not follow the layout very well.... my pictures just wouldn't fit size wise. I also added a bit of black for matting. Hope that is okay as well.
