What football team...high school, college, or pro has the best mascot and/or colors??

I love the Carolina panthers black and blue. It's such a great blue...especially to scrap with. And the panther is pretty cool too.

this is a tough one. Of course i would have to say the flying elvis for the patriots. but i think the houston texans bull is kewl along with the panthers, bucs, seahawks and falcons. oh i forgot the titans.

so i don't think i actually answered this question correctly. hehehe

I really have no idea. I can tell you though. In highschool, I went to Thom. Our mascot, was the Trojan. I can not tell you how closely our little emblem thing looked to the package of condoms. Seriously, whoever thought of that mascot.......

We did have great colours though. Black and white or black and silver.

Well, as a Domer, I have to go with Notre Dame's blue and gold! (Lots of people think green is in there, but for the die hards, it's NOT!!)

Dallas has the coolest PANTS! They are all glow-y/shimmery/irridescent green sometimes, and sometimes blue... they have the whole pinstripes thing sometimes... and the silver/navy blue thing is so sharp! I just like their fashion sense and attention to detail, you know?

I have never liked a team's colors that I route for!

HS Blue and white - blue jays

1st college - hunter green and white - bearcats (don't ask I don't know)

2nd college - maroon and white - bears

School I work for now - Black and gold - which is ok - Savages - which is very un PC

Chiefs - cool mascot KC Wolf - colors are ok I like red - but that gold yellow color is icky

Well... My favorite will always be "Rodney" the Dixie Rebel from Dixie College in So. Utah, (My Alumni!) But it is with much sadness that due to Changes in the politicalness of the College joining up with the U of U and changing its status from 2 year college to 4 year college/university... Dixie's New mascot is now the Red Hawks.

So for H.S. and most colorful... I would have to say my H.S. Mascot the Colorful T-Bird (Thunderbirds). I am using it as my Avatar right now!

As Pro... Oh you know it! The true clear through... Red, White & Blue of the Patriots.

Now that i think of it i don't recall any of the high schools (3 of them) ever having a mascot. i know one was called the Blue Waves and another was the Tomahawks but never saw one walking around.

oh, I forgot about my favourite mascot! GAINER THE GOPHER! The best there ever was! That's him in my avatar, stepping on the neck of a nice cowardly lion.

Our high school had a terrible mascot. We were the Quarriers. There is a rock quarry in town, so that's how it got named. And the colors were orange and black. I'm a redhead and orange and black are both terrible colors for me - so I never wore the school colors.

DSS goes to Apollo HS in KY, and their emblem is an eagle - but it really looks like the Anheuser Busch emblem. Isn't that terrible for a HS?
