My oldest just turned 18! It's so hard to believe that 18 years have gone already. This song reminds me of this and don't blink, before you know it years have passed and your child is grown (and you are that much older). Life happens!

My challenge to you is...
Time flies by and passes so quickly, so scrap a timeline of pictures in a double page layout.
The pictures can be a week/month/year of photos- or span 5yrs/10yrs/15yrs/etc.
You do not need to make an actual timeline in your layout....just use the pictures to represent a timeline.
Include patterned paper, embellishments and journaling.

Had to tear up listening to that song...'course then my dd1 came in to ask yet another question so that cleared that up right away. How many other ways can you say 'Do Not Disturb'...'Do Not Enter'...'Unless You Are Bleeding To Death Then Do Not Come To Me'...'One More Time and You Will Be Bleeding To Death--:twisted:' ;)
they are 18, 10 and 5....Chris, Colin and Sara.
My little one Sara just got over the vomiting fever bug...and hubby was out of town for 2 wks and just got back Wed.
Hummm do not disturb means bug mom even more in this house!
I try to not even say do not disturb to the kids...but that doesn't work either. Let me know if you find the secret though i'd be very interested to try it.
But she's 14! Li'l ones I get...but the teen...you'd think she'd want to leave me alone ;-) Guess I'm lucky that way :-)
My sister keeps on telling me "just wait until the hormones start kicking in". My niece is 12. Apparently the ups and downs are "a lot of fun" to deal with. Mom I don't want you near me...to mom where are you etc.

My oldest son turned 18 in Sept, went off to college and I find myself clinging to my youngest (15) just a little more than normal....although, he's 15 so he's over that too.
I took the perfect picts for this challenge Monday. I know they're not exactly years apart but they fit it so well. I had them printed but not picked up yet. I think I'll do the layout and add picts later :-D

I just went through the photos and picked out a few...i tried to take about 1 photo for each year.
I was also thinking of doing one of these for our marriage...one pic for each year.
you could do one pic for each month and have a year timeline.
Oh MP....I can relate.... The inspiration challenge really made me think about that this week....what will I miss someday when it's gone?! Kerry, I think I am going to use my oldest dd's dance recital photos. She is in her 10th year of dance. I did a page with her 1st year photo and her 8th or 9th year (can't remember right now) and wow, there is such a change. She will love this LO though!

Here is my DPS for your challenge. Easter 2005-2009 I started with another layout but then discovered it should be a 2 page spread...so I had to start over again...but that's OK since I certainly got more done!
