Well we can�t have a Rockin� VSBN without the number one band of all time�THE BEATLE�S! The first time I remember hearing the Beatles and liking their music was when I was about 8 years old and listening to a record at a friend�s house: Sgt Pepper�s Lonely Hearts Club Band. This was about 1974 but the song was released in 1967 to a lot of controversy over the lyrics. Being that young, the lyrics in whole did not mean anything to me but I loved the sound. The song has such an interesting sound and to me definitely falls under the psychedelic rock sound�though you don�t have to be under the influence to appreciate the sound! I grew up in Philadelphia and being a young child of the �70s, psychedelic art and music influence was all around. Being a kid, the bright crazy colors appealed to my sensibilities. Today I wouldn�t decorate my house with psychedelic art but I can use it for inspiration for a scrapbook page.
My challenge to you is to create a �Day In The Life� page using psychedelic art for your inspiration. Make it a day in YOUR life�this page is all about you but with that �60s vibe!

DGS just left for home so I'll be around for a while. This is the only one that I didn't get done in advance. I have an idea for it. I don't have any pics from one day, but last summer I did an album challenge, "92 days of summer." I'm thinking I can get a collage from that which will represent a day in my life!

My DD called to chat and that's usually about 1/2-1 hour long...then I made a pizza for the guys since DGS is starving...again. DH leaves soon to go to a holiday party that was being held regardless of the weather so I have to hope and pray he makes there and back safely. And "Cars" is on so I keep getting called to come see this, come see this! Just heard the timer go off...BB soon.
I do have some mojo going right now, thank goodness! I find when you're not feeling so creative, you're much more decisive. I'm off to warm up left over enchiladas for dinner but wanted to get my page posted.
Our friends couldn't stay because they were headed home from a HS Wrestling tournament and had other kids in the car so it was a very brief "hello". So here's my page
Looks like you ladies have been having FUN today, too bad I've been busy all day and now I'm off the our Church CHRISTmas play............have fun ladies.

Lela, not sure about this, but I think that your LO's are not showing up in the right gallery since you didn't add a space after the comma in your key words. I do know that if you search by keywords, your LO's aren't there. Don't you just hate these details!

I know the avatar is a singer but couldn't tell you the name. Does that mean I'm too young? lol!
Well...I'm back...girls photos were taken (waiting for the disk from my gf...she did it for her GS troop to raise money for their Silver award); dinner was eaten; cookies are baking...time for me to organize my photos!
Jen is suppose to be CO-ing for the rest of the night but I'll pop in here and there 'til my eyes can no longer stay open!
Seems like it's a busy day/night for all...hope you snow bunnies are staying warm!
