Women are special. We take on many roles in life. With full schedules, and the many hats we wear, sometimes we have to be reminded that we are , beautiful, sexy, and strong, feminine, smart, and talented� When you take off the wife, mommy, daughter, friend, or employee hat, what ritual do you do that's just for you. I believe we all have something special we do just for ourselves. Some thing that makes you feel like ,you've still got it!

So don�t take this too serious, I want you to have fun with this challenge. It's about adding pages and documenting You!
My challenge to you is to complete this sentence
" Man, I feel like a women when I_______?"( think Shania Twain)
-Use �I feel like a woman when I____� somewhere on the page. Note- the underscore is for you to fill in!
-Use the sketch provided.
-Use a pattern paper with a feminine feel, like lace, animal print, flocked pattern, somewhere on the page.
-make your own shaped paper, no larger than 6x6, and use it for your journaling box.

It took me sooooo long for this challenge. I am NOT a girly girl at all. But in a box of photos I brought from my mother's house- just down the street- there is a photo of my college roommate and I after a MaryKay makeover I am going to use that photo

okay.... I have spent the last hour looking through old photos, hoping that something would hit me, but nothing..... So I am passing on this one for now.
I am with you girl! I have started but am sooooo not happy with what I have lol I know what you are going through!! I am going to post what I have so far.... all of the paper is cut, I stamped some things, and matted a photo, but nothing is put down!
This is a great challenge. I personally don't "own" it enough that I am a woman. I am mostly lurking today, but this does have me thinking. I have myself on a stampin' diet..... I cannot indulge in stamping until I get some tasks done that I have been procrastinating about. (Unfortunately that diet hasn't included internet time.... need to just DO IT, this think I am avoiding).
Thanks for asking me to "own" being a woman. Definitely thought-provoking. I may not be traditional, but I have my feminine and gentle touches for sure.
So glad to hear this challenge made you think of owning your woman hood. As I said earlier, it's not about being a girlie girl, it's about celebrating you. That's the thing about being a woman, so many possibilities!!!!

How about adding your fav technique or embelli. Is lavender your fav color,add your next fav. Don't forget to make a shaped pc to hold your journaling. what's your fav shape? most of all have fun. You have a whole week to play.

Here is my page. A different spin on the 'man, I feel like a woman' . I had taken these pix a while ago in the hopes of making a page someday, YEAH, that day is today. Thanks Tam!! Awesome sketch and idea.
The paper is not very 'feminine' but went with the theme for me!!
