Sorry guys, my power has been out and I couldn't get on so now we have our power back for who knows how long cuz the lights keep flashing but I am here for now!
Location: Trying to spend as much time as possible watching Xander and Xavier grow and learn!

It has been stormy here too!
Luckily though we haven't lost power!!!!

It's been a really neat storm! Nice lightning show and loud thunder but it reeks havoc on the computer thing! Ya know I think I need a generator just for my computer! I think my husband might kill me if I asked him for one! LOL
This is a great challenge and I can't wait to do it. However, my little princesses (DGD's) have just arrived for the evening. Mom and Dads night out so I will have to do that one tomorrow. Along with the distressed challenge. I managed to think of a page to do and get the pics out but didn't get started. The Princesses 3yrs and 5yrs are far to distracting.

Well I am off to bed and I will check things in the morning! I've had a very long day and need to get some much needed rest! I'll be dreaming of all the great pages I'm gonna see tomorrow!
Ok, I guess I'm done for the night..!! gotta open the store in the morning so maybe I'll have time to play again tomorrow night! I had so much fun! Here's a link to my sparkly page with pictures from my trip to Las Vegas. My house is really sparkly now, too, from all of the Dazzling Diamonds I used on my page!
oh this was so much fun. Out of all the pages I made tonight I think I like these two and my cruise pages the best. Love those stickles but you really need to let it dry or it smears.
I have only accomplished one challenge this afternoon, I have never scanned
a 12 x 12 page; had to find a "google" search that gave me a free trial and
learn how to use it; since I don't have a digital to upload either. It's been
fun, but need to rest my head, goodnight Carolyn

I took the challenge and did a boy page with sparklies! It was fun altho much easier to do girl sparkly pages! It is hard to see in the pic, but the cake is colored with the glaze pens and dazzling diamonds. The title is embossed with Irridescent Ice EP. Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
OK I just came back from KFC after finishing this challenge. I'll upload a little later. It was hard to get in done on time. I spent time on matting and barely any on journaling. The other challenges I spent half the time journaling. Some things are a little off center because of the time crunch but I still like the end result.

I finished this page last night but was too tired to wait for the glue and dazzling diamonds to dry so I wouldnt end up with a dazzling scanner screen. I added dazzling diamonds to the snowflakes
Darn! I just have two darling little boys and no girls to make sparkly pages for. I'll have to rack my brain to think of pics that would look perfect with sparkles!

There have been some fabulous pages done of just boys with glitz and glimmer so I really want you to try hard! There has got to be something!
