Okay, well I'm here ... your Humpty Dumpty Hostess. Somehow I got my times completely mixed up and I'm an hour behind, not to mention desperately fighting a stomach virus ... But, better late than never, right?! I'm very sorry for the mixup.

Well, after I posted my first challenge tonight...I ended up going out to dinner and shopping with dh and baby daughter and when I came back I checked the current challenge and realized it was an easy one...I do this kind of stuff all the time. So, here is what I came up with. Hope you like it.

You gotta love instant uploading! Hit submit & VOILA! Here's my distressed page; unfortunately, most of the distressing is covered by the photos or inside the file, but it's there! BTW, I LOVE that I have picutes scrapped only 2 weeks after the event! I must have a Fairy Godmother!

Done mine. I am going to post mine and three of my customers who did the competition as well. They probably can't be qualified, but they did it none the less. I will post who is who's so at least mine can be considered in the challenge.
My 3rd ever scrapbook page done (I promise I will stop counting at 5). This challenge was difficult for me because I am a pretty linear, clean line type of crafter. I usually need things symetrical. This one only took me about an hour to do. I think it helps when you have good pictures for inspiration. Here is the link to my pages.

Hi girls, first one for the challenges! It doesn't have a ton of distressing, just some tearing on the cardstock and around the buttons. Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
We took a weekend trip to Galveston. The weather was rainy and windy the whole weekend. I thought what better pictures to use for a distressed page than a rainy day at the beach. I distressed the accent pieces, the title bar, and tore the background paper.
