Virtual Stamp Night Manager Info

After the first VSN, it was decided there would be a 3 month rotation of VSN managers and we would take turns doing it.

However, after further evaluation I think this will lead to burnout and I'm going to ask that people volunteer to take one month.... I have done it, Geeta has done it, and Leslie has done it.

We will all be glad to help out with future VSN's but would like to keep the managerial position as a constantly rotating job so the burden doesn't fall on any one person repeatedly.

I believe that is a GREAT answer MamaK.

One can not truly appreciate the amount of work that goes on behind the scenes. I had a BLAST doing it but I can't imagine jumping into that again so soon.

Jody, I passed your name on to Leslie a couple of days ago to be the next coordinator! I hope that's okay.

As far as I'm concerned, I think the last coordinator should 'hand-off' to the next coordinator, etc. I, personally, think it's helpful if a prior hostess graduates to the coordinator position. Less learning curve... Just my 2 cents...

Whomever becomes the next one - remember to not plan it the weekend of the DD release AND be sure to get the date approved by Jenn and Beate!

By the way, keep in mind that YOU are in charge of picking out the next coordinator so be on the lookout for one! I'm sure the pm's will start flying as soon as VSN ends tonight!

I would possibly be interested in coordinating a VSN. I am not so sure what all is involved, but I would be happy to help out! If someone could send me the details to see what all is involved that would be great!
