SEPTVSNE – 8:00 – “What’s in a Name”
“What’s in a Name” Make a 6x6 scrapbook page using the initials of your
first and last name. For the letters you can choose a technique,
embellishment, or stamped image, however you are not limited to just these.
So, for me my name is Cris Murphy, so I shortened it for CM, for my card I could do: Crayon Resist and Magic Mesh.
For my samples pictured below: For the first one I did Crayon Resist and Micro Beads, for the second one I did Crayon Resist and Magic Mesh.
I have added a technique list if you are really stuck.
Have fun, and if you are really stuck post a message here and I will try to help in any way I can.
—> VERY IMPORTANT: Don’t forget to add SEPTVSNE in the keywords for judging. And make sure it is in ALL CAPS.

Here is mine (for the only scrap challenge of the night) - A (Amanda) S (Sewell)
I used Air Freshener dots for the flowers and a stampin around wheel.

I just noticed a lot of people posted their cards already. I thought we did that at the end of the night. Should I have been posting all along? 45 mins is fast for me to make cards. If I have to spend time posting I don't even think I would have enough time to finish.

No you don't have to post them yet. You make them in the time alloted, and then just make sure they are uploaded by 12noon CST tomorrow.

Some post earlier and some later -- it is quicker to upload later, like 2 am . . . but whenever you can before noon tomorrow (CST)

Is
Layering and
Hemp acceptable? If not let me know and I’ll find a new husband with a better last initial.

Remember you don't have to just use a technique, embelishment, or stamped image. It would be nice for at least one of your initials, but it is not required.

Kind of a stretch. Everybody has to use something to attach. It should be a creation of some sort.

Think you need a brayer - I don't have that. I'm thinking about using my "j" stamp, even though it seems pretty wimpish...
BTW, can we not start our 45 mins for this card until we decide what to use? I can make my own rules, right??!
