Noooo not that kind of strip….The Vegas Strip!! Las Vegas Tourism describes The Strip like this:
Magnificent hotels glow green and gold. Pink, red, yellow, blue and white neon pulsates all around. Electric lights flash. Music plays. Volcanoes erupt. Fountains soar. Cars create two moving streams of light, red and white. People in the thousands walk up, down and over the Strip. Roller coasters corkscrew high above the ground. A laser beam, visible from space, penetrates the night sky, inviting the whole universe to come and play.
Sounds like an awesome place to visit!! So what’s your challenge??
Use STRIPS of paper as your background and in any other form on your card!! Gather your inspiration from the description or your own experience!!!
PS—nnoooo designer paper with stripes as your background they must be cut apart if you want to use them…there is no “e” in strip!!

Oh Jen, I was sooooooooooooooooooo tempted to do a Darth Tater STRIPPING on down the middle of my card - and you know, the weekend may yet result in a video of Stripping Darth Tater - LOL!!!! However, I decided to keep it clean - here's my card:

Can I make a suggestion Ashley???? I don't think your strips have to be measured or equal. I've made cards in the past using "strips" of paper that looked like they'd been cut by a blind person (no offence to any blind people out there reading this - Oh, sorry about that too - maybe I should just give up while I'm ahead!!!!)
I guess what I'm saying is, just take a piece of cardstock or patterned paper and cut it any old how - you'll be surprised how awesome a background it can make!!!!!!!!

ok lets see next random thought....need to put these winter clothes somewhere...they are calling to me to get them off my bed and stored away I will when done here and then laundry and maybe some stamping I sooo need to create more space in the stamp area....feel the need to organize and clean....hate that feeling
