The next VSN will be February 11. The tailgate party will be February 10 - wasn't the tailgate party an awesome way to kick off a great VSN?
If you are interested in being a hostess, please PM me or Showmestamper with at least 3 challenge ideas. Also let us know your preference for a challenge time (would you rather Friday night, Sat afternoon or Sat night?)

i totally missed the last one, was sitting at home....and just forgot. I was ready to post reminders for Feb once the date was announced, unfortunately dh & i will be in Las Vegas that weekend....off to wait for march

woo hoo just checked my calendar and I don't have any workshops to do those days! This last one I had one on both days, and it was HARD to finish up on Saturday to get home on time LOL!
I'm very interested in VSN but am a little unsure of a few things.
I'm always a bit confused by the times listed here. I live in Seattle which is Pacific Standard Time. When you list the time for the VSN - what time zone is that?

The past VSN was CST, which is 2 hours ahead of you.
For this VSN, it will go back to Mountain time. That way it'll be the same as SU and most people know SU time.
The tailgate party was started this year with 3 challenges on the night before (Friday) to get people warmed up. For those who cannot come on Sat, they could still participate on a few challenges. It is also great for those brand new to VSN; they can get a feel for the speed of the event before they get snowed under on Sat. Maybe after they get a feel for it Fri, they won't get snowed under on Sat.

I am soooo tempted... this last VSN took me by surprise (I'm a bit slow sometimes... lately it seems like always)... I was alone at home this Sat and was cruisin the galllery when I kept seeing the JANVSNXX stuff and was wondering why all the samples kept reading JANVSN.... D'uh!!! I was amazed at all the beautiful creations. Like the slow poke I was, I thought it was too late to sign up to participate so I didn't even read the rules.... another D'uh... so I totally missed out. I was also concerned about the time thing 'cause I can never figure out on this website what the real time is... I just pm'd someone in Texas today and it was 1:40 PST... her time showed as 9:20??? What's up with that? I know it's not an 8 hour difference in Texas...
Anyway, I'm looking forward to not miss this one coming up and will try and keep up. Woo Hoo... I'm very excited.

If you're saying that SCS gave the time of 9:20, don't pay attention to that. We will be lsiting all time in Mountain Time. That is one hour ahead of you in the pacific time zone.
Yea! Can't wait for the next VSN! I be try & be a Diva this time cause I have to work that day :( But I should be able to catch up since I get off at 6

I had NO IDEA what the heck the VSN was until I got on there and saw all the excitement that I was missing!!! So I will most certianly be doing my FIRST VSN in February! It looks awesome and I can't wait to give it a try! Lookin' forward to it!!

Oh, you will love it more than you can imagine! JANVSN was my first one. I had a ball!! I also learned I CAN work under pressure... which, by the way shocks me, and anyone who really KNOWS me!!! The fast pace actually became part of the fun! I plan to be participating in the FEBVSN!! Can't wait!! Thanks to you girls who want to be hostess with the most-ess! Would not be possible without you 'brave' girls!
Whoooo Hoooooo!!! My hubbie is off that weekend so he can keep an eye on the kiddos while I stamp the day/night away and do all the challenges this time instead of only 10.....Yikes!! I am so excited!!!
YAHOOO! I get to play with the chickadee's during this one...Still recouping from January's...Can't wait to see what all you two have in store for us...

Can't wait, last one was so much fun. DH and DS are Boy Scout camping so it will just be DD and me so she can help me with ideas until she gets bored. I am definitely hooked after my first VSN. Thanks for hosting.
