No, they come in a box, and are kind of like M&M's. Candy covered chocolate....*singing* "When you eat your smarties do you eat the red ones last do you eat the very slowly or chew them very fast...lalala" It's a SMARTIE thing! If they don't say Smarties on da box they aint smarties baby!!! hee hee
