Either pen or they run glue and then cover it with glitter. It could be stickles too. I don't have my boxes anymore so I don't remember what they look like, sorry. :(

flakes are yummy and you can use them to decorate pavlova (hey that is a dessert ;) ) and cream on top of cakes
