Challenge Title: Imperial Faberge

Many of you don't know this, but I have a Master's Degree in Slavic Linguistics, and for my undergrad years, Russian Literature was my minor. I was steeped in Russian culture and language for 8 years, and sometimes to this day, a Russian word for something comes into my head before the English word does. Despite what most people think, it's an EASY language to learn (especially compared to the romance languages) once you learn the alphabet. And the art and literature are beautiful and fascinating.
One of the most famous types of art to come out of Russia is the work of the jeweler Peter Faberge - in the form of the Imperial Faberge eggs that were made for the Tsar's family. The House of Faberge made about 50 eggs total, 43 of which survive.
This egg is one of my favorites, and it's currently owned by Prince Albert II of Monaco - but was presented by Alexander III to Maria Fedorovna. (Lucky Maria!)
Those Russians understand blue!
So here is your challenge - your project must contain the following elements:
- A nice bright blue
- Heat or dry embossing in an intricate pattern
- Gold
Bonus - rhinestones!
