NOV10VSNB ~ Friday Nov. 12th ~7 PM EST ~ The Look, The Feel of Clouds
Title: The Look, The Feel Of Clouds
Hostess: MelenaPrincess - Kimme
Keyword: NOV10VSNB
Day/Date: Friday, Nov 12th
Time: 7:00pm EST
When I think of angels I think of clouds, and when I think of clouds I think of cotton. I know that they are really just fog, but they look like cotton and in my mind that is what they feel like.
Your challenge is to make a card with cotton on it. It can be fabric, a cotton ball, flocking anything soft and cottony.
VIEW THE GALLERY FOR THIS CHALLENGE
HERE
UPLOADING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. ALL VSN CREATIONS MUST BE UPLOADED BY 10:00 PM EST ON Monday Nov 15th.
2. You have 45 minutes to complete the challenge.
3. Please remember to put in the correct keyword, NOV10VSNB, when uploading your image. Copying and pasting the challenge keyword is recommended to avoid typos. It is also highly recommended that you post a link to your creation in this chat thread to be sure your creation is seen.

Good challenge Kimme. I'm going to upload my sample now. It was fun trying to think of how to use something soft/cotton, then I remembered I had die cut some fabric flowers months ago. Amazingly enough, I was able to find them!

Riesling. I've got a bit of a sweet tooth - and I'm a lightweight. I can't have much more than a single glass.

Somebody told me with flocking to use a glue stick and coat the area, the pour a PILE of flock on, smash down with your fingers...it works MUCH better than the sprinkle way I use to do it!

There sure is a lot of love going 'round the galleries. I'll be online for days looking at the cards, responding to the love, and leaving comments. That's one of my favorite parts of VSN.

sounds like something my kids would do. although the last thing they rescued was a baby bunny that jumped down into the fire escape and couldn't get back out.

Thing is, he didn't need to be rescued. She was sure she HAD to help him get off. Ladder, chairs lots of yelling because we thought she would scare him into jumping where he shouldn't. Dang teens think they know it all! He came down the way he went up! Probably does so regularly!
