What is the one thing you always want to send home when you are traveling? A letter or postcard, right!? But sometimes, when traveling abroad finding the correct postage can be a challenge.
My challenge to you is to make a card using the faux postage technique.
Beate Johns has created a wonderful tutorital located here, that includes a template. Faux Postage Tutorial
Uploading Instructions:
You have 45 minutes to complete this challenge.
If you are using additional keywords, you must separate them with a comma.
Copying and pasting the keyword is recommended to avoid typos
It is recommended that you post a link to your creation in the chat thread just in case the gallery is being testy.

Problem...for some reason my computer freezes and crashes when I try to open PDF files. Do I have to use the printed template or can I just kind of wing it and make my own?

On my second thumbnail, the Paris in Spring one, I just went out on a limb and cut 1.5" sq pieces out of white cardstock

This is so much fun! What a great challenge! I hope it's not a crime to make our own postage.... Nah, prob'ly only if we try to use it to mail a letter!
Is it just me? Opening pages takes forever - I just tried to open this thread and it sat for like 3 minutes and then timed out. It is impossible to comment on cards because if you do, you will lose time and might not be able to get back to the master thread - anybody else having problems? I am not going to comment until after VSN! I'd love to see the cards and it is very disappointing.

I think if we tried to put it on an envelope we could get into some trouble. Something about forgery and conterfeit etc.!! I think on a card we are safe!
