Abundant Supplies Challenge
I don’t know about you, but there are so many aspects of my life that call for self-discipline, patience, caution, restraint... Even when I stamp, I am mindful not to waste supplies, or make creations with "too much" stuff on them. But when my girlfriends and I go out for a night on the town, we don’t hold anything back. There’s always lots of food, lots of laughter, and lots of FUN!
It is in this spirit that I challenge you to make a card using ABUNDANT SUPPLIES.
Create a card using AT LEAST:
2 stamped images,
4 layers,
6 colors, and
8 embellishments (ribbons, brads, eyelets, buttons, charms, punched shapes, etc.)
**There are no time limits for making your Mini VSN creations. However, all challenge submission must be uploaded by Friday, November 2nd, 11:00 PM EST**
Uploading Instructions:
*Please remember to put in the correct keyword when uploading your image. If you are using additional keywords, you must separate them with a comma. Copying and pasting the challenge keyword is recommended to avoid typos.
*It is also highly recommended that you post a link to your creation in the chat thread just in case the gallery is being testy.

8 embellishments would be the easy part of this challenge for me anyway ... I normally use heaps of brads anyway .... |

It's easier than it sounds! It doesn't have to be eight DIFFERENT TYPES of embellishments, just eight altogether (4 mini brads and you're half-way there!) __________________ Katherine |

Sorry about all the mess in the picture, I cant crop it right now cause I am in a hotel having too much fun stamping and hanging with Kim and Kimme for our girls night out VSN night :mrgreen: jealous much??????????:twisted:

Okay, I did two stamped images (one Magnolia stamp, one Bella sentiment), more than four layers of cardstock/designer paper, more than six colours (Regal Rose, Bashful Blue, Blush Blossom, Barely Banana, Creamy Caramel, Close to Cocoa and Pretty in Pink) and more than eight embellishments (heart shaped brad, pink ribbon, Sakura Stardust gel pen, white signo gel pen, Scalloped circle punch and several circle punches). I hope that's okay and meets the requirements!! Thanks so much for a super fun challenge!!

If I use the white gel pen and/or the mat pack, do they count as an embellishment?

Well Katherine! this is going to be really hard for me to put so much stuff on a card! great challenge - my personal challenge will be to try and make something lovely and not just 'full of stuff'!! LOL!! won't be able to stamp until the end of the weekend - but will start planning my method of attack!
