Here is mine, just inked the marbles with my ColorBox ink pad, worked great! I've never done this technique before...this is so cool! Eager to see everyone else's! HOME by gwendolyn46 at Splitcoaststampers

Thanks to everyone who "competed" in this VSN Olympic challenge. All your cards are great! I'll be commenting on them individually over the next few days. My weekend is packed full of kids' sporting activities and church activities. Thanks for playing!
Thanks for this challenge. Haven't done this one in probably almost 2 years. I think it was either a try a new technique or maybe dare to get dirty challenge when a first saw it.
I tried Beate's alternative with mixing the reinker with versamark reinker and embossing. Interesting affect.
I don't remember marbles being on the shopping list, and though I've done this technique before, I have no clue where the marbles went (clearly I've lost them) so I used clear gems that I had bought to make a flower arrangement, but they were flat on the bottom so I didn't quite get the whole effect, but I love the pattern that they made. I'll be using this technique for a big project I have coming up, but I'll get some real marbles first!!
I was so busy creating fun VSN projects this weekend that I didn't have time to photograph, upload, and post my creations until today! I really had fun trying out this rolling marbles technique--I've always wanted to test drive it!! Thanks for a fun Olympic-inspired challenge, Kathy!!

My 10-year-old DD also made card for her Dad for Valentine's Day. She watched me make the sample for this challenge and had to make one using this FUN technique, too! Here's Becky creating her card....and you can see her creation in the gallery.
