Hi and Welcome to the International Paper Chef VSN Recuiting Site for aspiring Chefs.

Chairman Sweetie Tator, Chairman Darth Tator, Paper Chef Robyn O, Paper Chef Maggie's Mummy, Paper Chef strongcanadianbeauty, Embellishment Chef lilorangemouse and Embellishment Chev Vonnie64 are looking for Chefs who would like to join us in creating delicious recipe challenges for the International Premier of Paper Chef VSN.

To apply, please PM your best recipe to the Paper Chefs; Robyn O, Maggie's Mummy, and strongcanadianbeauty by 10PM EDT, Sunday, June 28, 2009. Your Application should include the name of your dish, a brief description of your dish, including any special ingredient (technique) required. You may submit more than one dish, but only one dish per chef will be chosen. After we have reviewed them we will let you know by email if you which of your dishes have been chosen. We have a limited number of openings and we hope you will understand if we are unable to chose your application.

The following is a list of Courses we have openings for:
Friday, July 17, 2009 - Soups/Salads/Cheese Plate
Saturday, August 1, 2009 - Snacks
Friday, August 14, 2009 & Saturday, August 15, 2009 - Entree/Main (Fish/Meat)

this is such a fun idea! I will get the wheel churnin' I watch Food Network ALL the time and of course, I stamp all the time too- what a fun combination!

Life havs been a bit busy for VSNing lately, but one of those dates might work for preparing a dish . . . I think I'll look through my batch of recipes, hee hee hee.

If you can't be a Chef, I hope you'll be at at home chef and join us.

Denise! the first time I tried to see the video it didn't work for me, just got it to play. "It's an exciting movie!" She is soooo cute!

I had enjoyed playing VSN's and decided to give back and try my hand at Hosting and I'm so glad I have!! I've CO'd 2 VSN's and have been a Hostess in 3 and it's such a blast!!!

So if you've been sitting on the fence wondering if you should become a Hostess it's time to fall off and into the kitchen!!! It's not a ton of work but it is a ton of fun!!

Consider joining us as a chef this Paper Chef VSN!!!

Do you have to be available everyday of the VSN? I was thinking about applying, but I will be in Vegas on August 1st. Can I still try for one of the other days?

Yes, you can. Just don't submit any recipes(challenges) for the Snacks which will be done on August 1st. That would leave, Soup/Salad/Cheese Plate and Entree or Main dishes. Remember the recipes are not real food recipe but what you would do to made a card / 3D item, etc. using a Food recipe for inspiration. Looking forward to seeing what you submit.

Oh man! I hate cooking! My kids are soooo not appreciative of anything I cook. This will be a challenge for me. But I do have an idea...

Many great applications have been received and we are still looking for more. Put your thinking caps on ladies and if you are waivering in your decision, submit an idea. Thanks

If the box you are seeing is white with little colour shapes in it then it has something to do with your settings or browser.....unfortunately that's all I have for you.....I'm not a techie by any stretch (just about the farthest from it actually) but I've seen that same box in emails and on pages I've visited before.

I wish I could help more....

Maybe if you went onto utube and watched it there???

10PM EDT tonight - June 28th is the deadline for submitting applications. After that the Paper Chefs will be making our decision. The next Mini will be Friday, July 17th so stay tuned for more information.
