Here's the second one. This idea is actually from this week's card sketch from Wednesday. If you are ever stuck for a layout idea, this is one place I look because I find many of them can be adapted quite easily into scrap pages. This one has scrap page written all over it!!
I do not know how to count everything but will try:
punch 1
type journaling 1
more than 5 enamel dots 1
Scraplift 2 ????
die cuts for title 2
2 shades of green 2

Lovelypage! Wandering if this would also be considered a grid layout? If so, more points!
Thank you, Amy! I don’t know! I am totally confused by how we do the points! I must be loosing it. Also help me on this. If you noticed I stitched on that layout because I thought there was points for that! Did we have a challenge somewhere to stitch?
1 Pattern paper
1 typed journaling -read below - in envelope
1 more 5 enamel
2 die cut title
2 long title
2 two shades of green
3 old photos
3 50 + words journaling
3 paint with stencil

I didn't see anything for stitched. But, grid layouts are 2 points and this looks like one to me even though it is in circles. Also, I was just looking through Variety Challenges I may have missed and saw the Gridlocked Challenge Cheryl posted not that long ago and that would be 2 more points if you added it to that for doing a Variety Challenge Layout. Here's another incorporated two different Variety Challenges here.
This page only makes sense knowing it followed a full day of tailgating and trying to keep up with our college age kids. It will follow in that order in the book, so I didn't feel the need to explain it more in journaling.

Question: How are we counting the points for a double page spread?
First project was our paper piecing class...IRISH BLESSING 2 points for two shades of green 3 points for white plus two colors = 5 points for this project
Here is my DPS...Winter at the Canyon 2 points for using a punch (1 point each page) 2 points for 3 photos per page (1 point each page) 2 points for metal brads (1 point each page) 4 points for printed paper background (2 each page) 2 points for long title 3 points for old photos = 15 points for this project __________________________________________________ __
So my grand total points so far would be... 34 points
Points: 1 point used punch ( I used two do I get two points?)
1 point Used an enamel dot sticker
1 point used stamp for title.
1 point printed paper
1 point more than 5 rhinestones
2 points two shades of green
3 points used photos older than two year
9 points unless I can count two punches then it is 10
thank you for the challenges, Lela! So fun!
