Welcome to our CUT IT OUT VSBN! Since this is our first challenge, let's keep it simple; just use a machine (manual or electric) to create one or more die-cuts to add to your page. Don't have a machine? Many crafting stores have one customers can use, or you could ask your favorite elementary school teacher if she could cut a couple at her school!

TITLE: Interactive Cuts

Welcome to our CUT IT OUT VSBN! For this challenge, create a cut-out that viewers of your scrapbook can interact with! For example, a spinner with one section cut out so the different sections underneath are highlighted in turn, a journaling tag that slips out of a slot in your layout for people to read, a die-cut on a string that moves across the page when you pull the string, etc.
