DannieGrvs.....I just watched the video you made on the Card Box Organizer. I found the sound a bit difficult to hear no matter how I put the volume up. Do you have written instructions for this project? I have made oodles of boxes and other carriers, but found this one to be one that would have multiple uses due to the expandable sides. This was the coolest I've seen yet. Please let me know if you do have written instructions for this project.

Sorry about the volume. The only written instructions are on my blog post here....

http://danniesdesigns.typepad.com/my...eeper-tut.html

It has all the measurements you'll need. I'm sure if you cut all your cardstock and scored it where it needs to be, you could just follow along with the video tutorial even if you can't hear it very well.

I've just recorded another tutorial from a different angle and I'm hoping that will help with the volume. It's still in the editing phase, but I'll let you know as soon as it's posted. This should fix the problem.

DannieGrvs 04-21-2008 11:52 PM

I just finished uploading a new video tutorial. It shows how to make a box using the 5-in-1 template. My husband tried some new things when he filmed me and the volume is MUCH better. You shouldn't have any trouble with this one. Enjoy!

Dannie - your tutorial ROCKS! I love that card holder and can already think of several soon to be recipients!

Thanks for posting it!

pjw2855 04-22-2008 04:31 AM

DannieGrvs.......Thank You! After writing the post, I went back and did find the measurements. It's rather self explanatory to score and put together. This case/carrier can work for many things. I did make one using chipboard to give it a bit more stability. Works great!

HELP! I found a tutorial here for peppermint patties and now I can't find it. I thought I'd put it on my desktop, but obviously I didn't. Want to use this as a favor on each plate for our Ladies Tea at church. Thanks.

ShariW 04-22-2008 08:25 AM

Wanted to edit the last reply, but can't! :( This is not Beatte's wonderful idea. This one looks somewhat like a match book. It was red with a snowman on the front. When opened, the peppermint patty is nestled inside a SU scallop punched out space. Again, thanks! :)

I FOUND IT, I FOUND IT! And here it is: http://dawnsstampingthoughts.typepad...cute-trea.html

Now when I can't find it again, I'll have this link! That's what happens when your brain cells leave their proper places!

I guess I should use THIS thread to announce these. Sure makes it easy & convenient to find them!

I did a Star Medallion Tutorial on my dog's blog.

They're all on one page with the newest, the Star Medallion, on the top. The dog always has a part so it's fun to see where he'll pop up.

Enjoy!
