Love these-easy to make and look so good. Like how they are "portable".
Going on a trip and have cut out supplies to make a bunch on the road.
Cheers

I thought I would add here that I have a new tutorial for a double tied bow. It's a double layered bow that you make with one piece of ribbon.
Here's the link:

Looking for lamp shade tutorial
This is a FABULOUS thread. Thanks to all who are participating.
I hope someone can help me because I want to make a lampshade for one of those dollar store candle stick lamps. Don't know where to look for a tutorial to make one, exact size, etc. Can anyone help me that?
Thanks in advance

I have made oodles of these using templates from
www.jersgirl.com
http://www.ruthannzaroff.com/mirkwoo.../templates.htm
Decorate as desired....unscrew the bulb in your candlestick and place a cd on the socket, then screw the bulb back in. This holds the shade evenly in place

lamp shade
Thanks, Ruth. I will give it a try. Did you just play with the template on regular paper until the size was right?

Two Tone Background/ Lattic Folder
I've been asked by a few people how to do the Two Toned look on my backgrounds using the Lattice Embossing Folder by Stampin' Up.
I did a photo and a video tutorial on it today if you're interested!

strawberry template
I posted a strawberry template on my blog yesterday - I used it to make cards, but it would make a cute applique, embellishment or felt piece, depending on how you resize it!

Let me know what you think.........

My scalloped discs do not touch and there is a space where I can see between them. I would like to know how to hide this.
