I just read through some of these techniques. Lots of great ideas. By the way, did you know you can buy (cheap) gift bags at the dollar stores - I have often found some the size of paper grocery sacks. I have bought metallic looking ones - gold, silver, red, blue, green. They are great in the CB embossing folders just as they are. i especially like the textiles folder, but the others work fine, too. Or try the foil liners from coffee cans, for example - they will be smaller than card size but still work as mats.
As winter weather lingers in many parts of the country, many of you might enjoy making snow on your cards! Here's a tutorial I put together back during the holidays. Have fun!
I loved thistutorial on making dewdrops. I took it a step futher by putting fingernail polish on my drops of glue and it looks just like half pearls. Here is a project that I did today that used some of those pearls.

Cool tricks! I have often thought of switching coffee brands just to get that metal on the top of the tin. Heehee!
Thank You for your sweet & generous comments Ladies. Made my day (week, month!) :O)
The dog is back with a new camera so we're going to LEAP INTO MARCH with some punch art! Thanks to Samantha for the inspiration. You can find it in my March 1, 2009 post at www.stamperdog.com OR in Stamper's Video Gallery HERE.
I have had many people ask me how I print on small scraps. I finally did a small tutorial this morning for anyone that is interested. You can see it here, and I hope it is helpful! I LOVE using scraps.

I'm hoping that if you see enough quilling you might try it for yourself! I made a card with quilled shamrocks and posted a tutorial on how to make them on my blog. You can see it HERE.
Please go to my blog to download the template for these cute summer sandals Please send me photos if you manage to make a pair. You can alter them in any way you wish. :-D
I would welcome any feedback about the tutorial since I plan on doing many more in the future and want them to be the best they can be. Thanks for looking.
